1) The Radial water In-take permits a gradual acceleration of the water coming into the pump, resulting in highly improved efficiency and a reduction in the required submergence.
2) The Impeller is fabricated with cast profiled stainless steel blades for high efficiency. The angles of the impeller blades and the fixed paddles are adjusted to the exact TDH dynamic height of pumping
3) The water lubricated pumps have a Stainless Steel shaft supported by marine brass-rubber bushings lubricated by pumped water; exchangeable stainless steel sleeves installed on the shaft protect it from premature wear.

Protection Treatment
Sand Blasting, to achieve the norm SSPC-SP5, or "white metal" of all the metallic parts.
Inside and outside application of rust free, extra thick epoxy paint, and inside and outside application of two coats of Epoxy tar paint to complete 12 mils (average certified thickness)
Installation of zinc sacrifice anodes, welded to the body of the pump to protect it against galvanic corrosion in marine applications.
